Synopsis
Filled with mistaken righteous passions, 'MR. ROBBEY' is known as the mild, quietly-spoken host of a popular children's TV show. What is not known is that he is a man obsessed with a compulsion to revenge heinous crimes of abuse against children. How he seeks out and 'punishes' the wrong-doer leaves a vortex of violence and a trail strewn with sudden death.
