Synopsis

A sensational story, based on a true-life incident involving the kidnapping of a million dollar racehorse. Academy Award winner George Kennedy stars as Nathan Hill, a rich Texas horse owner, who buys Carnauba for his attractive young daughter, Anne. The horse is then trained and starts to race with great success. After a glorious win in England, Hill agrees to one more race in Milan, where the horse is kidnapped. Hill refuses to pay the $350,000 ransom and a trap is set to try and save the horse just hours before she is due to be slaughtered. An exciting story filmed around the most famous racetracks of Europe, the film features authentic footage and excellent cinematography providing an ideal mix of drama and spectacle.
