Two young delinquents- Paolo inspired by a cruel sadism and Giovanni, his friend and faithful shadow-contravene every civil and moral code, raping, and killing with a terrible nonchalance. Hunted by the police, abandoned by their friends, they resort to the only weapon they know to help them in their desperate flight from justice. Their weapon is blackmail and they use it with a ferocity and complete disregard for human dignity - until for them too the terrible day of judgment finally arrives.
