Synopsis

Spellbound is one Alfred Hitchcock's most penetrating and original works. The maze-like story involves the audience when psychiatrist Dr. Constance Peterson (INGRID BERGMAN) psychoanalyses J.B. (GREGORY PECK) who harbours a severe trauma and tries to unravel the mystery inside the dark chambers of his mind. Featuring a surrealistic dream sequence designed by Salvador Dali and a brilliant script by Ben Hecht, Spellbound ranks as one of Hitchcock's all-time greats.
