Synopsis

Thou shalt not kill... Absolution ...a thriller mystery.
ABOSLUTION, the leading character is Father Goddard (Richard Burton) a rigid, opinionated priest/school master, who favours a few of his pupils and rejects others, but affects them all with his discipline and his power. Benji (Dominic Guard) is Father Goddard's neurotic but favourite pupil. Arthur (Dai Bradley) is Benji's classmate. He hero-worships Benji, but only succeeds in annoying him with his insignificant and unceasing chatter. And then there is Blakey (Billy Connolly) a free-wheeling, free-spirited, long-haired freak, who answers to no-one and acknowledges no authority. A suspense thriller in which the motives are as uneasy and passionate as the crimes. It concerns old-fashioned, but ageless, themes like revenge, repression, suspense, terror and death.
