Glenda is young, rich, beautiful and used to getting her own way with one exception. She is obsessed with her closest friend's husband. Frank wants none of it, he loves his wife Wendy and both dote on their little son Stevie. Glenda's lusting for Frank is blatant and relentless, even to contriving a 'rape' situation which convinces Wendy that Frank has been unfaithful. When the frustration begins to affect her mind, she kidnaps Stevie leaving Frank and Wendy to believe he's drowned in the river at the foot of their garden.
