Pint-sized Norman wisdom plays a down-trodden milkman embroiled in a veritable Battle of the Bottles. As the only roundsman working for the old-fashioned Grimsdale Dairy, Norman Pitkin is naturally alarmed when he discovers the giant Consolidated Dairies are planning to put him out of a job. So he takes steps to avert the takeover. steps which lead him, among other things, to appear on the golf course as a clergyman, take a ride on a runaway mower, and share a bed with his beloved carthorse Nellie. A host of now famous British stars support Norman in this classic 90 minutes of farcical fun - Wisdom style.
