Mark, a secret service agent, succeeds in infiltrating a tight terrorist net, through two young terrorists Olga and Paul. After being 'accepted' by the organisation, he is sent off on a mission to Vienna. Mark feels he is on the right track and follows the organisation's orders without hesitation. Besides meeting three other terrorists in Vienna, he also meets two CIA executives. Mark informs the CIA people about his situation and upon his return to the hotel finds the three terrorists dead. Mark suspects Altman, and his suspicions prove to be justified, for the following day he narrowly escapes being killed. Mark tries to get in touch with the CIA people without luck. The situation is highly confused as nobody seems to know who is who. Mark though is clearly aware of one thing, that Altman does not fight terrorism, but uses it for his own political gains. Meanwhile Paul and Olga catch up with Mark in Vienna. They have to sabotage a bus load of foreign diplomats. The plan fails and Olga is arrested. At this point Mark has to continue the game!!
