Vienna 1934. The calm serenity of the city of Strauss Waltzes is suddenly shattered by the mysterious disappearances of beautiful young girls that has the police department totally baffled. All leads point to Otto Lehman who has just been released from Dr.Kramer's Home for the Mentally Disturbed and has opened up a butcher's shop - but no evidence can be found.
