Enter a strange youth with a mysterious past, who knows much too much and claims to be the cop killer. A struggle for dominance against a background of captivity and torture, guilt and corruption follows. As the cop attempts to keep order in his life, the youth, while appearing to be the victim, gradually destroys it. The consequences are fatal.
