Set in a tough quarter of New York City, Muggs is the local boxing champion and leader of the East Side Kids. He, certainly has a lot going for him, but he feels threatened by Danny, his sisters [sic] boy friend. And its [sic] the last straw when Danny stands in for Muggs in the boxing ring following Muggs' brush with a gang of local crooks. Later at a dance contest Muggs throws Danny out of the gang and challenges him to a fight. But after the fists have flown, Muggs has a change of heart.
