Synopsis

The church is about to be demolished... but it fights back to preserve its own life.
Since reconsecration, the church has held in check the evil of its satanic past... but now A building site is being cleared. Houses, shops and flats have been demolished. Now, only the 17th Century church remains. As demolition starts the hydraulic cutter operator is suddenly and mysteriously strangled by his own cable and hoses. Detectives are baffled, but the Demolition Manager slowly realises the significance of the old building... the church will kill to preserve its own life. The full extent of the Devil's work dramatically unfolds. Faces from the past double with those of today as 'good' and 'evil', those perennial adversaries clash face to face... and through the evil of the 17th Century is mirrored the destruction of today.
