Synopsis
London is rocked by a series of violent murders, the target, beautiful young girls of easy virtue. Detective Inspector Rowan is assigned to the job of solving the crimes, but things go horribly wrong, and his wife is butchered by the killer. Relentlessly he stalks the killer until his investigation leads him to the bizarre conclusion.
