It is the early sixties, when having a good time meant cutting loose in your old Chevvy, hanging five on a ten footer, and rockin' around the clock. Four young men take off for a weekend, in search of thrills, birds, surf and anything else that takes their fancy. Robbie is the unspoken leader in the group, the lady-killer is "Boo", his would-be accomplice is "Scollop" and the fourth is Sandy, a quiet, intense university student about to settle down and get married. After a Saturday night dance, Boo seduces a young girl. When her father finds out, he goes looking for revenge. Sandy overhears Boo boasting how he made love to Sandy's fiancee, and after a brief confrontation, Sandy runs off into the night with a hunting rifle. Horrifying terror awaits them all down a lonely bush track, as the story reaches its brutal and chilling climax.
