A sharp, smooth talking hustler named Goldy is back on the streets after five long, hard years in prison. Things have not changed much, but then again neither has Goldy. lt's not Iong before Goldy is a success... he knows the two basic laws of macking: control of a woman's mind is more important than control of her body and no one must be able to push you around. He's got the brains, the cool and the muscle to take on the dope pushers, mobsters and pimps who brutalize their women; he and his pack stalk many of their own kind and eventually execute them, gangland style. They're doing the job the cops can't. Because it takes a street fighter to clean up the streets!
