When modern day moonshiners have a good business going, it seems only a matter of time before big city hoodlums move in and attempt a "take over". Eddie Joe Rogers is the prime suspect for all the villainy, but in spite of being pursued relentlessly by the sheriff and his boys he always remains one step ahead. Plans go wrong for the big city boys, and although they're holding Eddie Joe's girl hostage they don't plan on the sheriff assisting Eddie Joe.
