Synopsis
A small town run by greedy councillors ignored the needs of the children by having no swimming pool, childrens' library or playground, but they soon learned their lesson. For months the town suffered from a great drought. The heat and dust was unbearable until one day, at a council meeting, a mysterious man offered to make it rain.....by playing his flute.
