Mallory, famous gunman, and Hasper, ex-colonel of the Federal Army, decide to settle down and they join forces to buy a big ranch. Jefferson, the formal owner of the land, is shot immediately afterwards by bandits who steal the sale money and intend killing Mallory and Hasper too, to gain possession of the ranch. Warned of the plan by the sister of one of the bandits. Mallory escapes death and sets off to avenge his friend Hasper's murder.
