Aliens recover Mechagodzilla, the evil robot. from the depths of the ocean and rebuild the mechanical monster with the aid of an insane Earth scientist. They then unleash Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus, who can create whirlwinds with his tail, upon the world. Godzilla, the Earth's guardian who has previously defeated Mechagodzilla and pushed him into the sea, finds himself outclassed by the two evil beasts. However Interpol have developed an oscillator with which they are eventually able to destroy Titanosaurus, leaving Godzilla to battle with the destructive might of Mechagodzilla.
