1931 was a bad year for America. The Great Depression affected everyone - all except the folks of Soggy Bottom U.S.A. where it was business as usual. The moonshine business, mainly. Add to that a few harmless pastimes like drinking, fighting and robbing banks, and finish it off with one of the wildest, funniest chases ever filmed (did you ever see a flying rocking chair?) - and you have a typical day in the life of Soggy Bottom U.S.A.!
