A DC-3 lumbers across a landing strip at Survival Devices, Inc., Headquarters. Survival Devices, Inc., are a free swinging outfit devoted to missions serving the free world, they have their own emblem, a flying fish, as their work is both above and below the water. In the belly of the Plane is Vic Powers (Lloyd Bridges) and Larry Sedgewick (Barry Bartel) both garbed in full scuba gear and wear uniform wet suits marked with flying fish. The doors swing wide and the strange cargo falls, a blue and white chute blossoming out. Immediately behind the cargo, Vic and Larry follow. As it settles on the ocean floor they open a control panel and suddenly their package takes the shape of a dome topped house, an underwater igloo. On shore the rest of the flying fish observe the action and chat with Mrs. Carlyle (Irene Dailey).
