He learns to love, he learns to kill ...Android becomes a man. Space games turn into a reality when experimental space station ULC 53 run by the enigmatic Dr. Daniels (Klaus Kinski), is invaded by a trio of tough cosmic fugitives. Even Max, the near-human android, almost blows a fuse when confronted by the sensuous space-jacker Maggie (Brie Howard). Max's increasing sexual awareness - until then just electronic theory - becomes an obsession as the spark of life is injected into his bionic mate, the beautifully perfect Cassandra. Not all she seems as things turn out! But Dr. Daniels turns the disruptive circumstances to his advantage in order to continue the ultimate experiment in robotics. An experiment with a sinister motive and grave repercussions on the future of mankind - as well as his own strange existence.
