The Green Hornet and his assistant, Kato, use their kung-fu skills to defeat their enemies. Kato has a girlfriend named Alice, whose chemist father, Dr. Ting, has invented a new secret formula to help solve the world's food crisis. An international organisation tried to kidnap them, but Kato always comes to their rescue. The villians [sic] then try to lure Kato with sex, and force Dr. Ting to sign a contract with them. When he refuses, they are all imprisoned. Three supermen are sent to attach Kato, but he despatches an S.O.S. to the Green Hornet. He arrives just as the bandits are about to Strip Alice. Two of the supermen, unhappy with their master, side with the forces of law and order. Kato comes to the Green Hornet's rescue against the master superman. After a violent fight, the big chief's plan to kidnap Dr. Ting is defeated and the police arrive in the nick of time to apprehend all the villains.
