When Tom, a coloured rancher, refuses to sell his property to three hooligans Jimmy, Jackson and Ma Shaw Yee, they kill him. Though wounded, his son, Little Tom, manages to escape. He takes shelter in a bar where he meets a young Chinese, Sung Shao-chong, newly arrived in America. Sung and his childhood friend, Ah Kun, rescue Little Tom and take him to Uncle Ko, who heals him with traditional Chinese medicines. Little Tom persuades Uncle Ko to teach him Kung Fu. When the hoodlums attack again, Little Tom disposes of Ma Shaw Yee, while Sung kills Jackson. Later, they locate the bootlegger, Jimmy. Though Jimmy is skilled in martial arts, he is no match for the combined force of Sung and Little Tom, who eliminate him after a ferocious encounter....
