Emy Wong - the Asiatic Emanuelle - is a beautiful Chinese girl who lives and works in Hong Kong. She falls in love with George, an airline pilot, but his work recalls him to Europe. Although he promises to return soon to marry her, George is grounded for medical reasons. His letters to Emy are intercepted by Susan, his former mistress, who tells Emy that George has married a rich Australian heiress. Emy is saved from suicide by a young man who rapes her. To take her revenge on all men, Emy becomes a prostitute. George, returning to Hong Kong to marry her, is spotted by Emy in a bar while entertaining a customer. As they celebrate their reunion, George is knocked out in a fight with a former customer who has insulted Emy. In hospital, she learns that George is incurably ill and has only a few days to live. They marry, and George's last night is spent with Emy practising the sublime rite of love.
