Synopsis
The Millionaire Monk In A 100% Proof Comedy!
In this modern comedy Brother George (WALTER CHIARI), an Italian monk, comes to the rescue when the Abbot (ALEC KELLAWAY) forbids him to negotiate a greater percentage of the profits of a famous liqueur which is the monastery's main source of income. Brother George disappears - taking the secret formula with him. He turns up in Australia where, under an assumed name, he manufactures the liqueur for the local wine industry. The owner of the winery (JACK ALBERTSON) and his son-in-law (DAVE ALLEN) try to outsmart him into revealing his secret recipe, but the wily monk has more tricks up his sleeve…
