Jade Cochran leaves her miserable existence as a roadside waitress to join a traveling carnival. Trying to better herself she teams up with the show's stripper Pat, who introduces her to the more influential people at the carnival. Everything goes well for the newcomer and soon she looks down on the ordinary people who first befriended her. She begins to despise and persecute the traveling Freak Show. These actions only cause the freaks to rebel against her and they brutally mutilate her, so Jade becomes one of the freaks she once hated. A man made Freak!!
