The one thing people hate more than a cop killer is the lawyer who gets him off!

The original Hollywood man of many talents, Dean Martin, turns in a fine dramatic performance as Joe Ricco, a criminal trial lawyer who finds himself the target of a would-be killer after successfully defending a black militant accused of murder.
The killings stack up and the suspense builds as the action switches from one San Francisco landmark to another. Joe Ricco is running for his life. He doesn't know who he's running from, but he does know that pretty soon there will be no place left to run.
