This film is perhaps the classic monster movie, featuring not just one unpleasant Three Headed Alien Creature hell bent on destruction, but a support cast of Godzilla, Rodan and Mothra. Ghidra comes to earth to fulfil an ancient prophesy, and there are no weapons that man can use to combat this monstrous giant. The only hope for earth's salvation rests on mankind convincing Godzilla to help them. With the help of Mothra, Godzilla and Rodan are persuaded to cease fighting each other and defend earth against the intruder, but even their combined forces do not appear to be enough to overcome Ghidra's destructive powers. An exciting adventure guaranteed to keep children on the edge of their seats, and their parents quietly smiling.
