Synopsis
Captain Kirk and the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise become involved with Dr. Adams, director of the penal colony on Tantalus V. Dr. Adams has invented a "neural neutralizer" to erase the minds of his criminally insane patients. In an effort to fight Dr. Adams, Kirk himself becomes subject of an experiment in brain readjustment.
