Synopsis
THE KIDNAPPERS DECIDE TO SILENCE TONY — BUT WHO WILL BELIEVE HIM.
Tony is an over-imaginative boy aged twelve who is always telling stories and has frightened people so often that they will not believe anything he says. One day, however, he overhears a plot to kidnap a visiting Commonwealth Prime Minister. He tells the police, but as the gang have been forewarned by an accomplice, they find nothing and believe that this is only another of Tony's stories.
Meanwhile the kidnappers decide that Tony could endanger their plot, and decide to silence him.
