Synopsis
A sensitive modern drama that tells the story of an American POW who escapes from North Vietnam after five years of captivity only to find that he had been reported killed in action. His wife has re-married, his partner has sold his business, he has ceased to exist. The shattering effect of these revelations unhinges a man already weakened by imprisonment. The Forgotten Man charts Lt. Joe Hardy's (Dennis Weaver) disillusionment and despair.
