Seven independent crime bosses operating in Hawaii are negotiating a union that would be awesome. Washington's intelligence sources learn of this. A top government man covertly calls in Drew Sevono to go "handle" the situation however he sees fit. Drew enlists six old friends to help and what a group! It includes a black race car driver, a Hawaiian karate expert, a drawling cowboy and two gorgeous girls. They go after the crime bosses with a vengeance of seven different James Bonds and the thoroughness of a Mission Impossible force.
