Synopsis
The body of a woman... the mind of a child
Pretty Brydie White, although past the age of consent, is mentally retarded due to the death of a playmate in a gun accident years before. One night the dead child's father gets drunk and chases Brydie out of the village - and into the arms of gypsy boy Roibin, who is said to have caused the accident. Fearing for her safety, the villagers turn out to look for Brydie. But she has fallen in love with Roibin. And the caravans are due to move on...
