Synopsis
A marvellously exuberant musical which takes us onto a film set in the exotic Canary isles. Wonderful Life tells the story of a young rock 'n' roller who inadvertently ends up being the stuntman in an ill-fated, B-rated motion picture. With co-stars Susan Hampshire, Una Stubbs and The Shadows, he embarks on a cunning venture to produce a better picture. And even if he doesn't entirely succeed, there's lots of fun plus a feast of foot-tapping musical numbers including: Wonderful Life; Girl In Every Port; A Little Imagination; On The Beach; In The Stars; We Love A Movie; Home; My Daddy; If I Had A Talking Picture Of You; I'm Riding The Range; My Girl Lollipop; Moon Over Bikini; The Old Red, White and Blue; French Singing Cowboy; What've I Got To Do; All Kinds Of People; In A Matter Of Moments; In The Stars; Youth And Experience. In response to popular demand, and by way of celebrating Cliff's twenty-fifth year of stardom, THORN EMI are also releasing his other two [sic] classic movies: SUMMER HOLIDAY
