After a vicious mugging in broad daylight, two crack members of the Special Police Squad are called in and give chase to the thugs in what is surely one of the most exciting (not to say acrobatic) speed sequences since 'The French Connection'. With sometimes brutal, or even barbaric behaviour their methods are anything bot orthodox, but very effective. Not only are they unpopular with the hoods but they become very unpopular with their superiors as well, after all, when you can't arrest them, you can't just kill 'em.
