The World's Most Famous Clown
In an attempt to save Elvis, the Juggling Trained Dog, from the clutches of a weird scientist, BOZO and Butch become prisoners in the laboratory of the mad fiend who attempts to transform Elvis' brain into that of a bird. BOZO bravely asks to take Elvis' place, but the scientist then decides to put BOZO and Elvis in his Brian Exchange Machine. It works! Poor Butch is bewildered by Barking BOZO and clowning Elvis, but will they escape?
