SUPERNATURAL POWER - PSYCHIC THRILLER
On the rugged North California coast a small seaside town becomes the setting for a series of events centred around two children who are left to fend for themselves after watching the murder of their father by a gang of bikers. The children, however, have inherited their dead mother's psychic powers and decide to re-animate their father's corpse to avenge his own death and protect them. The local Sheriff, and the County Education Officer who visits the town to check out the children, become involved in the investigation of a series of bizarre murders, created by the children's macabre supernatural powers.
