A young man banned from a famous Kung-Fu school because of his criminal activities becomes a fatal victim of a gang when they seek information connected with a drug smuggling deal. Unknown to Doctor Chang, the Tutor and Master of the Kung-Fu school, as he attends the dying pupil, the secret information is 'planted' on him, and from then on he's hunted by the notorious gang.
