They live in another world now. Marysia (LORETTA SWIT), Gertrude (JESSICA WALTER), Elsa (SANDY DENNIS), Sophie (BARBARA BARRIE), and Hannah (VALERIE HARPER) have forgotten the past. As young Jewish girls in war-torn Germany they were all prisoners in Birkenau, a nazi concentration camp. Trapped in a living hell they were repeatedly raped and abused by the camp doctor, Wilheim Gehbert (RIP TORN). As a result of this treatment none of the women are able to bear children. During their weekly mah-jong reunions they learn that a T.V. reporter is interviewing someone who resembles Gehbert. Can this be the infamous "Beast of Birkenau"? To prove his true identity Marysia forces herself to seduce the man. After learning that Gehbert served only one year in prison for his hideous crimes they decide to exact their own justice. Vowed to secrecy, the five women draw lots to act as executioner.
