The story is set in the palaces and harems of an oil rich kingdom in the middle east.
Ilsa, Harem Keeper to the Sheik is a beautiful but sadistic blonde who will do anything to please her master. She arranges the abduction of beautiful and famous women from all over the world. They are shipped in crates to the desert kingdom where they are caged, tortured and educated in the Eastern arts of sex. The eventual revolt of the harem girls brings this film to a thrilling climax of non stop action.
