A screwball comedy about a bunch of marina madcaps who go down to the sea in ships every blessed weekend. Ashore or afloat, they're always rocking the boat. Man the laffboats for a rollicking story of an accident-prone Coast Guard ensign who finds it hard enough keeping his own head above water, let alone dealing with three crooks who plunge him into a sea of trouble and laughs.
