Synopsis
In South America, Donald Duck is introduced as a tourist who goes exploring in the Andes. We meet Pedro, a plucky mail plane, Goofy who becomes a gaucho on the Argentine Pampas. Finally Joe Carioca appears and introduces Donald to the night life of Rio.
