THEY'RE TURNING THE IRON CURTAIN INSIDE OUT TO GET HITLER'S GOLD

Berlin, 1941. A German Military truck is hijacked by mysterious armed storm-troopers who drive off into the night, escorted by motorcycles and an S.S. command car. Cargo unknown.
Thirty-five years later, Harry Morgan (Telly Savalas), an American and former P.O.W. finds out from an ex-German Officer Ernst Furben (James Mason) that the truck was filled with solid gold bars and stolen by order of high ranking Nazi officials, one of whom, a man named Holtz, was still alive.
An elaborate plan is formulated to kidnap Holtz from his high security prison and force him into revealing the whereabouts of the gold. There follows an ingenious series of plots and counter plots in which Tally Savalas alias Harry Morgan leads his fellow conspirators to the brink of disaster in their quest for the Nazi treasure.
