Junior reporter Muggs and the notorious East Side Kids become involved in a murder mystery when socialite Gypsy Carmen is accused of the killing. It takes all of Muggs' investigative genius, plus the help of the Kids and a couple of exciting car chases, before the real culprit is unmasked.
