An unknown psychotic stalks the shadowy streets of the city. His victims are prostitutes and as a sick twist, he takes photographs of his victim's death agony to taunt the bewildered police. This latter day Jack the Ripper is trailed by a street hardened detective obsessed with his capture. He follows from crime to bloody crime through a sleazy under-world of vice and corruption from which the murderer selects his prey.
