An unidentified plane lands at a major airport, despite being refused permission to land. The passengers, horribly deformed, wreak havoc as they kill, searching insatiably for blood. A terrible nuclear contamination has caused the flesh to die on the bones of these dread creatures who murderously seek the plasma of living people, which they need to stay alive. TV reporter Dean Miller and his girlfriend Ann fight a relentless struggle to contain the infection of mutants as they attack the town and turn it into... Nightmare City.
