Set amidst the skyscrapers and sewers of New York City, this fast, action packed story stars Ron "KAZ" Leibman as Stan Rivkin, a tough, sardonic combat hardened ex US marine, now turned bounty hunter for a living. Professional and disciplined in his work until one of his targets jumps bail and threatens the life of his crippled son. Rivkin then becomes a man obsessed with the capture and conviction of the felon, no matter the outcome.
