Blackbeard's Inn was built by the notorious pirate Edward Teach. The group of ladies now manning it are faced with eviction. A gangster wants it for a gambling casino. The new track coach for Godolphin College soon finds himself aiding the ladies with the help of the ghost of Blackbeard. The ensuing wild and hilarious complications culminate in a riotous track meet and a final showdown in a crooked gambling casino.
