Synopsis

INNOCENCE AND PERVERSITY - THE FRENCH WAY. Jack Kroll 'NEWSWEEK'
When pornography became legal in France, the first film ever to be shown was Jean-Francois Davy's "Exhibition" starring the infamous Claudine Beccarie. The film was refused a certificate by the BBFC but granted an 'X' (London) certificate. It has not been shown publicly anywhere in the U.K. outside the G.L.C. area. The film is an explicit revelation of Claudine Beccarie's personal and professional life and includes many scenes from the films she has made. Obviously, none of these films in their entirety have ever been shown in the U.K. This film, for any student interested in pornography, is probably the finest example of complete in-depth study of the subject and received rave reviews from all the major critics.
